Mr Motilal Goel basically hails from Haryana and left his hometown with a view to start his own business. In the year 1980, he migrated to Satna with full of dreams and started the business of minerals and coal trading.

During 1986, he entered into the transportation business and during last two decades he has proven himself as number one transporter in Vindhya region, with a fleet of more than 400 vehicles and more than 600 market vehicles attached with the group.

He has focused diversified portfolio of organizations. He leads a corporate team to develop strategy for enhancing Goel Group Portfolio, explore new opportunities, markets and various investments.

He has been driving an agenda of transformational change through talent acquisition, engagement, retention and development strategies.

He is former president of Vindhya Chamber of Commerce & Industries of Satna and played a major role in joining Vindhya Chamber of Satna with India's biggest Chamber FICCI.

He has been associated with several social and political organizations in various parts of the country. He is also a Vice President of Akhil Bharatiya Vaishya Mahasammelan Madhya Pradesh.

He also holds various other social and political designations in various parts of the country.

His leadership is compared to a dynamo generating energy that charges and activates the entire group in such a way that wonders can be achieved without much difficulty and had been always a big source of motivator for the whole group and believes in giving the credit.
